ST. AUGUSTINE PLACE OF SAFETY – MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING

Invitation to Bid – (CDA-2015-07)

The Child Development Agency invites bids from Tax Compliant Companies registered with the National Contracts Commission (NCC) to undertake construction work at the St. Augustine Place of Safety located in Chapleton, Clarendon.

Eligibility
Interested companies must have a current Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) and must be currently registered with the National Contracts Comission (NCC) at the level of Grade 3 or higher in the category of Building Construction or Civil Engineering.

Collection of Bid Documents
Bid Documents will be available from Wednesday August 12, 2015 at the
Child Development Agency, 48 Duke Street, Kingston from 9:00 a.m. –
4:30 p.m. Mondays – Thursdays & 9:00 a.m to 3:30 p.m. Fridays. Bids are
available at a cost of $3000.00 JMD payable in cash or managers cheque only (non- refundable) to the cashier.

Site Visit
The site visit is scheduled for August 20, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. The site is the
St. Augustine Place of Safety. It is mandatory for interested bidders to attend the site visit.

Deadline for Submission of Bids
Bids must be deposited in Tender Box provided at address indicated below no later than September 3, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. The Tender box will be located on the First Floor – Support Services Unit of the Child Development Agency, 48 Duke Street Kingston.

Bid Opening
Bids will be opened at the Child Development Agency’s Office at 48 Duke Street Kingston at 2:15 p.m. on September 3, 2015. Bidders and/or their representatives are invited to attend.
